A senior product management role owning the core platform capabilities, product primitives, APIs, and workflows behind Fleano's Fleet Intelligence System.
Own the core platform capabilities of Fleano's Fleet Intelligence System across APIs, workflows, and product primitives.
This role is suited to PMs who are comfortable owning complex technical products and working closely with engineering on platform decisions rather than only feature delivery.
This role is expected to be equity-only for the first 12-15 months, with cash component compensation thereafter as Fleano moves through MVP, pilots, and early commercial traction.
What you'll do
Own product strategy for critical platform domains.
Translate regulatory, operational, and customer needs into scalable systems.
Define product primitives, APIs, and workflows.
Balance customer needs with platform scalability and cost efficiency.
Partner deeply with staff engineers and architects.
Define success metrics tied to adoption, reliability, and scale.
Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership.
What you bring
8-12+ years in product management.
Experience building B2B SaaS or platform products from India.
Strong technical fluency and systems thinking.
Experience in fleet, logistics, IoT, or other regulated domains.
Domain familiarity
A solid understanding of TCU context such as Teltonika FMC 640.
Working familiarity with protocols including J1939, UDS, OBD-II, CAN, and BS VI.
