Define the interaction systems for Fleano's enterprise fleet products and shape how operators, drivers, and admins move through complex operational workflows.
Work closely with product and engineering to turn dense operational requirements into clear, usable interfaces and a durable design system.
This role is expected to be equity-only for the first 12-15 months, with cash component compensation thereafter as Fleano moves through MVP, pilots, and early commercial traction.
What you'll do
Design workflows for fleet operations, compliance, and analytics.
Build and evolve Fleano's design system.
Design high-density dashboards and map-based interfaces.
Conduct user research with operators, drivers, and admins.
Partner closely with PMs and engineers on feasibility.
Mentor designers on systems thinking and usability.
What you bring
8-12+ years in product design.
Experience designing enterprise or operational software.
Strong information architecture and workflow design skills.
Nice to have
Fleet, logistics, or industrial software experience.
