Work directly with the founder across market discovery, design partners, partnerships, pilot preparation, and the early revenue motion for Fleano's Fleet Intelligence Platform.
Help translate real operator conversations into product feedback while building the initial partner, pilot, and distribution pipeline.
This role is expected to be equity-only for the first 12-15 months, with cash component compensation thereafter as Fleano moves through MVP, pilots, and early commercial traction.
Phase 1 - Market Discovery & Design Partners
Conduct structured conversations with fleet operators and map customer workflows, pain points, and buying behavior.
Identify early design partners, document insights into actionable product feedback, and test messaging and positioning.
Build relationships with potential resellers and partners, create an early waitlist and interest pipeline, and support the founder in pilot conversations.
Phase 2 - Pilot Sales & Early Revenue
Support and co-lead pilot sales with the founder and manage pilot onboarding conversations.
Handle objections, refine the pitch, create a repeatable demo narrative, and coordinate early customer success feedback.
Help define pricing experiments and build a structured CRM pipeline that can support the first revenue motion.
Phase 3 - Revenue Ownership
Own the early sales pipeline as the MVP launches and become the first independent revenue driver.
Close pilot-to-paid conversions, expand early customer accounts, and formalize the sales process.
Help hire the future sales team and build a repeatable GTM playbook for scale.
What you bring
8-12+ years in sales, partnerships, or operations with comfort speaking to both operators and decision-makers.
A strong ability to translate messy conversations into structured insight, plus curiosity about technology, logistics, and company building.
Comfort with ambiguity, a bias for ownership, and willingness to travel significantly in the field across India.
Nice to have
Experience in fleet, logistics, B2B SaaS, hardware, or adjacent operational industries.
Interest in growing into a Head of Sales or Revenue leadership path over time.
